Deodorant

1/4 cup baking soda

1/4 cup cornstarch

10+ drops tea tree oil (or lavender)

2 TBSP coconut


Mix all ingredients together and store in a glass container.  You will want to keep this in the refrigerator in the summer sin coconut oil will melt at 76 degrees.

Toothpaste

2 TBSP coconut oil

3 TBSP baking soda

1/2 small packet of stevia powder

15-25 drops of peppermint oil to taste

Multi-purpose spray

1/4 C white vinegar

2 Tbsp corn starch

1 Qt warm water

Mix in a spray bottle but make sure to shake the bottle before each use to loosen the cornstarch.  Yo can us this in the kitchen, mirrors, bathrooms....everywhere!

Diaper Wipes

Cut up flannel receiving blankets

1 part water, 1 part aloe vera  juice, 2-3 drops tea tree oil

store in an old wipe container.

Liquid Laundry Soap--5 GALLONS!!

for front or top loading machine

4 cups--hot tap water

1 fels-naptha soap bar

1 cup - Arm & Hammer Super washing soda

1/2c Borax


Grate bar of soap and add to saucepan with water.  Stir continually over medium low heat until soap dissolves and is melter.

Fill a 5 gallon bucket half full of hot tap water.  Add melted soap and washing soda and Borax.  Stir well until all powder is dissolved.  Fill bucket to the top with more hot water.  Stir, and let sit overnight to thicken.


Optional:  You can add 10-15 drops of essential oil (lavender, rosemary, tea tree for example) per 2 gallons but add once soap has cooled.


Top Load----5/8 cup per load yields 180 loads


Front Load----1/4 C per load


*USE --Arm & Hammer “Super Washing Soda”--Baking soda will not work, nor will Arm and Hammer Detergent.
